Kayley Froese Recognized as SISD's October Teacher of the Month

At Seminole ISD, we are proud to recognize educators who bring heart, energy, and purpose to their work. This month, Ms. Froese has been selected as Teacher of the Month, a reflection of her impact on both students and staff.

Each campus selects one Teacher of the Month during the school year, and this month’s honor goes to Ms. Froese for the way she connects with students and supports her colleagues.

In the classroom, she brings joy and movement to learning. One teacher shared, “She keeps them active and actively engaged all the time and they're learning things without even realizing that they're learning.” That energy is one of the many reasons her students love being in her class.

Her coworkers describe her as the kind of teacher people count on—steady, sincere, and always willing to help. One colleague said, “Ms. Froese goes above and beyond, and I appreciate that and her love for our school.” Others praised her support for new teachers, noting, “She likes to check on our newbies… who may not have had the experience in our building quite yet.” Her willingness to step in and encourage others has made her a trusted teammate on campus.

When the honor was announced, the moment was emotional for Ms. Froese, who has deep ties to the campus and staff. She reflected, “Growing up at this campus and having these ladies be my right hand for so long… it’s even more meaningful to have this award from them… just thankful.” Her gratitude was heartfelt, and it was clear the recognition meant as much to her personally as it did professionally.

Congratulations, Ms. Froese, and thank you for the dedication, kindness, and positivity you bring to Seminole ISD each day.
