Dodie Boyd named Seminole High School Teacher of the Month

We are excited to announce Mrs. Dodie Boyd, as the Seminole High School Teacher of the Month!

Upper level and dual credit math teacher, Dodie Boyd, was recognized and awarded a $500 grant by the Seminole Education Foundation at the SISD Board of Trustee meeting Monday night. 

Mrs. Boyd was praised for serving as a leader and filling campus needs for the betterment of the students. It was noted that she is incredibly organized, tapes and shares her lessons, and balances a great deal as she manages multiple preparations. People flock to her because of her years of experience, ability to mentor colleagues, and fervent to educate our students. One colleague stated, “I believe her dedication to excellence and her passion for her job makes her an outstanding educator."

Mrs. Boyd is a stand-out educator and we are so proud to have her in our Tribe! Congratulations, Mrs. Boyd!

The Seminole Education Foundation provides multiple educational grants to teachers of Seminole ISD throughout the entire school year.
